Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

All our products — including the Essential Golf Profile, Advanced Add-ons, and personalized videos — are delivered digitally and are non-tangible, non-returnable goods. Due to their personalized and downloadable nature, we do not offer refunds once a product is purchased and delivered.

2. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with EU regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once access to digital content has started. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Under U.S. consumer law and international digital goods policies, your right of withdrawal expires once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered via email or your personal space on our platform.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You are receiving immediate access to a customized product or content.
• You waive your right to cancel once access is granted.

3. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
• You were unable to access the content and our support team could not resolve the issue within 5 business days.
• A technical problem on our side prevented delivery of your product.

• Deciding you do not want to complete the assessments
